Ballet Dancers’ Amazing Photoshoot With Dogs Will Make Your Day

Ballet dancers and dogs had started a wild concept in 2017. The St. Louis professional photographers –Kelly Pratt and Ian Kreidich had a vision: ‘What if we took pictures of ballets with dogs?’

On paper, the husband and wife’s idea who had previously worked with the Saint Louis Ballet was kind of strange because Ballet is recognized as moody, unapproachable and stuffy while dogs are known to be playful, goofy and happy.

But after taking photographing a duo, Ericka and Baxter – an English Bulldog, the couple fell in love with the idea and unveiled that Dancers and Dogs project.

The project, which has photographed over 100 dancers and 100 dogs in about 10 cities across the country in the span of 2 ½ Years demonstrated that one can bring a lighter side of dancers while also training dogs on new tricks.

While the final Dancers and Dogs hardcover book contained about 200 pages of the photographs, we at Happyhumanity has compiled 40 of the best for your perusal.
