Falling in public can be embarrassing, but for Photographer Sandro Giordano, it’s a moment of inspiration. On Instagram, he features characters who are victims of their obsessions with a path of humor, the theme of their fall, and their parody side. His goal is to light up a liberating laugh in his audience while promoting empathy and authenticity. Sandro equally invites his viewers to analyze the darker side of their personalities.

The name of his ongoing project is “In Extremis,” and in them, he never shows the faces of his characters but only their bodies. He never also photographs mannequins, and with his absurd style, sometimes shocking, Sandro heavily persuades us that perfection is imperfection.
