Shou Otsuki, a staff barber at Tokyo’s hair salon, L.Dorad has garnered an online impression for himself. With his incredible and amazing before and after photo shots of his clients, he has by far proven the most effective way of transforming one’s look with a good haircut.

Otuski’s videos often start with a shy, awkward-looking guy with an unremarkable hairstyle. He then covers the camera with a comb before finally revealing the whole new person.
