Woman Reveals How She Actually Looks When She’s Not Posing In 30 ‘Real Me Monday’ Pics
The best gift in life is to love oneself and feel comfortable with your appearance.
“Real Me Monday” is a motivating project by content creator Bree Lenehan. The Australian, with over 680K followers on Instagram, shares content on self-love, health, and body positivity, proving she isn’t afraid to show what her body looks like instead of only showing the posed and edited version of herself. Unrealistic body standards have led society to disorders such as anorexia or bulimia, causing depression and low self-esteem.
Through her contents, Lenehan has, however, been reminding other women that what they see on the screens, social media pages, magazine covers, and even in Ads isn’t a realistic representation of their bodies. She also hit it through her posts that the likes on photos and praises in the comments about having the ‘perfect shape/body’ aren’t worth the pain and unhappiness it will cause. We’ve collated her newest, have a look and get inspired!
