Women With Bigger Chest Are Now Calling Themselves ‘AirPod-Shaped’ In A Viral Trend

Many feels the comparison is a negative thing.

Traditionally, there are four body types: the inverted triangle, spoon or pear, hourglass, and rectangular. However, women with the inverted triangle, which implies a smaller waist and a bigger bust, have unanimously come up with a new name.

Women with an ‘inverted triangle’ figure have dubbed their bodies as ‘AirPod-shaped,’ claiming they look like the headphones [pictured] when they turn to the side.

They’ve dubbed their bodies as AirPod-shaped, claiming they look like the headphones [ a skinny white stick and a bigger circular shape on top] when they turn to the side. Mel Magazine reported that the trend gained traction in January 2021 after a woman named Ellianna Fry shared a TikTok video sprinting down a hallway.

The term emerged from a TikTok video posted in Jan 2021, which showed a woman running down a hallway.

It was captioned: “When he’s an a$$ guy, but your body is shaped like an AirPod,” Instantly, the video went viral and had other women agreeing they had similar body types that looked like an AirPod. Echoing the trend, user @circusclown123 shared a video titled: “No man [is] using me for my body because I’m shaped like an AirPod,” showing off her body in tight clothes.

While some people believe it’s negative, others like @circusclown123 are proud of their AirPod-like shape.

Although personality matters the most.”

Other comments said: “Where can I buy those? And “Them some AirPods though!” While the phrase might be inspiring for some people, a few have expressed its offensive. An A.V Club writer Tatiana Tenreyro told Mel Magazine that the term is horrifying because it’s an accurate way to describe her exact shape, and it’s such a cringey term and so unsexy.

These two other ladies called their AirPod-shaped bodies their biggest strength and weakness.
