CrossFit Athlete Leaves Fans Amazed As She Flaunts Upside Down Abs
She’s truly filling up the task.
CrossFit athlete Danielle Brandon regularly motivates her Instagram followers of 358K with her super-fit figure and athletic prowess, which stirs excitement. Last year, the influencer finished 13th overall worldwide in CrossFit Open and has since been filling up to the task.
She’s also known for her CrossFit Games qualifications, finishing 10th in 2019, 15th in 2020, and 11th in 2021.
In a new upload, Danielle shared a pic of herself in gym shots, performing a difficult handstand pose.
The athlete displayed her insane abs in a cropped workout top that showed her muscular arms. The 25-Year-Old balanced her ripped body on just a hand and equally included a shot taken from behind. “Catch me if you can. On your hands,” Danielle wrote and tagged the creative culture brand for athletes as “TRAINING DAY.”
As expected, many of her fans didn’t hold back to accept the challenge. Some simply admired her sculpted abs, delivering compliments. One person chimed in: “Nobody’s catching you. We ALL know this.” Another added: “Yeahhhhh that’s a race you’ll always win against anyone!” A third stated: “I can’t wait to see you at Wodapalooza.”
Danielle’s workout posts have since become a common occurrence, but her recent post is damn mind-blowing.
However, the fitness fanatic has a background in diving and gymnastics and competed majorly in track and field before transitioning to CrossFit full time. In November 2020, Danielle proved she’s basically “just livin on my hands” as she performed a handstand before training with kettlebells. In a March 2021 post, she had explained she likes to follow up her gnarly metabolic conditioning or metcon training with no so strict weighted Mus.
