Okay, folks… Enjoy the photos!
The saying ‘good gifts are practical’ is undoubtedly accurate. For example, Dianna Wood’s birthday was celebrated and her husband knew exactly what she would love and appreciate – A Pressure Washer.
Dianna had been desiring for it ever since she used it in assisting a girlfriend get her mom’s house ready for sale.
For about two months, she had power washed everything, including the fence, dirty shutters, the patio, garbage cans and the siding on the shop. And realizing she has the biggest challenge to tackle – the driveway, she decided to fit in turning it into an art project.

Born and raised in Northern California, Dianna moved to Burlington, North Carolina after retiring from 36 years of working in an office. ‘I have embarked on crazy art things since I was age 5. No professional art course, though.’ Dianna told Bored Panda.

Initially, Dianna’s power washed some inspiring words like love onto the concrete. With that not being enough, she wanted to create something intricate and started covering the path with motifs.

‘Pleased with the upper driveway, I was motivated to see what else I could with this amazing new toy. While I am still learning techniques, I am not also entirely satisfied with the results and I bet one would say ‘This is just what might happen when a husband gets an artist a power washer as a birthday gift!’ Dianna added.
