Thompson’s Personal Trainer Gives Birth To His Third Child While He Was With Khloe
The baby boy was born in Houston during Thompson’s birthday in March.
Personal Trainer Maralee Nichols sues basketball star Tristan Thompson for child support and reimbursement of medical and pregnancy-related costs. The Houston-native also filed to submit text messages of their conversations as evidence for her paternity lawsuit, which allegedly showed he wanted her to terminate the pregnancy.
According to court docs, it’s claimed that Thomspon “insisted” Maralee get an abortion and offered $75k in hush money after she became pregnant.
Now, the trainer has sued the basketball star, seeking child support, including the reimbursement of medical and pregnancy-related costs.
Page Six reported has since reported that the attorneys for Nichols claim the communication showed Thompson addressing the parties’ relationship and insisting she gets an abortion while threatening she would get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas. He had offered her $75,000 after she fell pregnant.
The 31-Year-Old requested to submit text messages between the two as evidence for her lawsuit.
These texts allegedly showed that the basketballer wanted her to terminate the pregnancy.
According to documents obtained by Daily Mail, the baby had been born in Houston, Texas, during Thompson’s 30th birthday celebrations in March, when he was dating Khloe Kardashian, with whom he shares a three-year-old daughter. In a text message obtained by Radar, the $75K offered was for Nichols to keep quiet as he warned he was retiring after this NBA Season and would therefore be unemployed.

During Thompson’s birthday, Khloe had shared a heartfelt post for the father of her only child.
He equally made it known that he has no plans to be involved in the child’s life. “You know how I feel. My feelings haven’t changed at all. Won’t be involved at all. Btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money. It’s completely wrong,” Thompson’s text message had read.
The 30-year-old made it clear he has no plans to be involved in the child’s life and offered Nichols $75,000.
He warned that he’d barely have to give any child support because he’s retiring after this NBA season.
He continued: “You’re aware that I’m retiring after this season. So in terms of support, it will be whatever is required monthly or for someone who’s unemployed. It’s Texas [sic], so it will be only a couple hundred dollars. So you better off talking this 75k I’m offering cause you won’t get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who’s unemployed.”
Nichols [pictured with her parents] is a former friend of Thompson’s and a Houston native but has moved to LA.

According to the filing, Thompson has denied sending the messages but claimed his contact information was present in them.
