‘I Found High-End Makeup Dupes In Aldi, Here’re My Thoughts And What You Definitely Need To Pick Up’
Aldi has done it again as it has released a new range of makeup and skincare dupes.
UK-based Regan Ellis has taken it upon herself to share bits that are worth buying from the new range of makeup and skincare dupes released by Aldi. She took to TikTok to try out products – the Vitabase Primer, Cashmere Glow foundation, eyeshadow primer, and the Too Legit mascara among others.
Her viewers were left thrilled, with many expressing their gratitude for the honest review.
The beauty fan in her video first tried out the Vitabase Primer, selling for £5.99. It is considered a dupe for the Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched primer that’s sold for £48. Regan claimed the smell, consistency, and feel on the skin of both primers were completely the same.
Another try was Aldi’s eyeshadow primer, £3.99.
Regan told her viewers the eyeshadow primer is a dupe for Primer Potion by Urban Decay, £15.60 and that the £3.99 eyeshadow palette is a dupe for Pillow Talk by Charlotte Tilbury, £43. She went in with the £5.99 Cashmere Glow Foundation which is considered a dupe for the £27 Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation.

The foundation is one of Regan’s top products to pick up as she said: “I’m pleasantly surprised by that; I feel like my skin just looks like airbrushed with it.”
But she didn’t think the foundation range has a wide enough range of shades, adding: “Foundation needed a wider shade range as it was not inclusive enough.” The next product was the £5.99 Too Legit Mascara, a dupe for They’re Real by Benefit, £19 and lastly, Regan picked up a lip liner, lipstick, and lip gloss in the shade Perfect Nude, a dupe for Charlotte Tilbury’s Pillow Talk Shade.
The TikToker was impressed by the quality of the products but her other top picks are mascara & lipstick.
Some viewers were excited to get to their local store and try the dupes for themselves, with one writing: “I am RUNNING to Aldi.” Another said: “I need all of this!!! My nearest Aldi is miles away and never has any of this stuff.” While a third penned: “I’ve just RINSED my local Aldi THANK YOUUUU!” Notably, the Charlotte Tilbury eyeshadow palette was no win for Regan but their dupes of the lipsticks are a GO!
