American fitness trainer Carriejune Anne Bowlby regularly takes to Instagram to flaunt her toned body. The model also shows her 2 million followers how she manages to build such a body and still dress up gorgeous. Whatever Carriejune chooses to do, it always comes out beautiful.
She became obsessed with fitness during her school years, beginning in 5th grade with gymnastics, track and field, and cheerleading.
The New Jersey-born is currently one of the most sought-after personalities in the industry as she didn’t just limit herself to athletics, taking the energy to a set of weights. As a result, she has also become obsessed with building more muscle and competing in fitness shows.
She said: “I got my first set of 8lbs weights and proceeded to have my mom buy me all of that workout equipment you see on the infomercials like shake weights, ab coasters, etc.” After toiling hard in the gym, Carriejune observed improvements in her strength and physique and showed results of the progress on social media.

The influencer trains six days a week and takes just one day off her exercise routine to rest and recover.
Carriejune’s workout routine includes performing four sets of 20-15 reps on the first exercise of the day, and she likes to limit her rest duration to less than 30-seconds for the first lift. After exercise, the influencer moves onto heavy compound lifts, where she does 3-4 sets of 8-10 reps with about 60-seconds of rest between sets.
Next, Carriejune moves to the isolation lifts, where she does 3-4 sets of each exercise with a rest duration of less than 45-seconds for the last part of her workout.
For nutrition, the fitness influencer follows the carb cycling technique, which entails having two low-carb days followed by one-high carb day. In the morning, ¾ cup of oats and egg whites is constant on Carriejune’s diet plan whether she’s bulking up or trying to lose body fat.
