Ex-Miss Croatia Stopped By ‘Rude’ Security Not To Take Pictures With Fans

Knoll’s outfits remain at odds with Qatar’s typical laws around modest clothing.

Croatian model, Ivana Knoll has been attracting plenty of attention in the Middle East, thanks to her racy outfits which are somewhat at odds with Qatar’s usual modesty law that urges women to cover up and avoid wearing short skirts. She has since attained 1.8 million followers on Instagram over the past fortnight after catching the eyes of fans.

Knoll has not complied with the dress code rule and recently was stopped by security guards at the Education City Stadium while watching Brazil vs. Croatia clash.

The security guards allegedly told the scantily-dressed model not to take photos of herself or with fans.

Knoll said of the incident in an interview with Bild“They don’t allow the fans to take photos with me or pose for photos down here on the railing. I then asked them why they were so rude.” The brunette beauty added it was great though as no one has ever told her to cover up, adding: “Everyone wants photos with me, even the locals.”

Knoll pointed out it was only on Twitter there was a negative reaction from a Qatari but he probably just wanted attention.

During Croatia’s opening fixture, a group of grinning Qatari fans had been seen taking photos of the 30-Year-Old as she walked downstairs in a red and white bikini top and tight red leggings. To the act, Mohammed Hassan Al-Jefairi, a prominent Qatari entrepreneur reportedly insisted the men were only snapping away because they disapproved of Knoll’s outfit.

However, despite being stopped by the rude security, Knoll didn’t hesitate to celebrate her country’s win as they sealed a 4-2 penalty shoot after a 1-1 draw.

Officially, Croatia knocked tournament favorites Brazil out of the 2022 World Cup.
