Couple Who Found Out They Could Be Half-Sisters Say They Won’t Put Relationship ‘On Hold’

Carley and Mercedes were just your average couple who fell in love at first sight at the bar. The mid-twenties couple has been in a relationship for two years and even run a joint OnlyFans account to show more of their bedroom scenes.
But recently, the passionate couple shocked their followers with the story of how they could possibly be siblings.
As the two grew closer in the span of two years and spent “every day” with each other, they decided to let their parents meet each other. It was when they were just chatting and getting to know each other’s family did the affair came to light.
They shared with Daily Star, “We met at a bar and have spent everyday together since then! We started our OnlyFans together during the pandemic, and made our TikTok account shortly after that! Our OnlyFans shows the more intimate side of our relationship.”
The two women, in the midst of their bonding, spilled out their wild pasts and found out they’d actually slept with the same guy!
And for some, that’s just a little close for comfort because they could be half-sisters!
The couple has heard that they look alike, and many could see that they have similar hair. They recalled the time when they found out about the possibility, “We had our mums over one night, and because we’re all from the same hometown they were talking about places and people they used to hang out with back in the day.”
“It somehow came out that they both had been with the same guy, and we all thought it was the craziest coincidence!”
The women decided to get a DNA test to learn the truth, “We sent off the testing kits less than a week ago, and it says it could take two to six weeks for results. For both tests, it cost $300(£246).”
“It’s been a lot for us to process, but because we don’t know for sure, we haven’t put our relationship on hold.”
But they’re not sure what to do if they’re actual sisters and answered again, “This is a really hard question, especially having thousands of outside opinions, but we’ve decided to keep this answer to ourselves until we know the results.”
But online, things have been rather positive, considering how taboo their relationship can be perceived by many.
They shared, “The reaction [online] has actually been lot better than we expected. More than half of the comments/messages we get are positive and supportive, but of course, we’ve received negative and hateful comments.”
“We try to take all the negative with a grain of salt and focus on the fact that regardless of what the world says about our situation,” they continued. “We get to make the choice about what to do with our own lives.”
