Hilary Duff Shows Off Her Amazing Tattoo Collection In A Bikini Shoot
The bear on her hip bone and the new “mother” tattoo.
Actress Hilary Duff looks cheerful and healthy as she made it to the Women’s Health cover for January 2023 edition in a bikini. The 35-year-old star revealed that she was fighting off an eating disorder since she was a teenager until she became a mom.
Hilary looked stunning in blue as she showed off her tattoos, including a new bear on her hip bone.
The mom-of-three also swapped for a two-piece that showed off her toned abs and biceps.
She has a crescent moon, a star, and a triangle on the inside of her bicep. There’s a smiley face above her elbow. Near her rib cage is a tattoo that reads “Ma Petite Amie” which means “my girlfriend.” In an interview with Women’s Health, she also revealed about getting her new tattoo “mother” on the back of her neck.
She also has a “Let It Be” tattoo on her right foot and a “ride of die” tattoo on the bottom, one she got with her best friend Alanna Masterson.
The actress spoke about body image issues and how she was uncomfortable in her own skin until Banks, her three-year-old daughter, came along. She said, “I didn’t even know if I was going to have the opportunity to have another child [after the divorce].”
“So, being a mom again, maybe. It was a whole mix of things – of being settled and realizing that I’m powerful and talented and smart. All mental things.”
She recalled suffering from an eating disorder since she was 17, “It was horrifying.”
“At 34, I have gained a lot of respect for my body. It’s taken me to all the places I need to go, it’s helped me build a beautiful family. I feel like the older I get, the more confident I get in my own skin. “
