Carol Vorderman ‘Isn’t Giving Up’ As She Shows Off Abs And Tiny Waist At 61
She’s been hitting the gym and going on healthy retreats.
Former Countdown star Carol Vorderman was taking away the breath of thousands as she posted her new post-gym session on her social media. Now 61, the TV star has been the talk of the town because of her lean body and protruding muscles, features that weren’t typically seen on those her age.
Carol went viral on TikTok when she flexed her biceps in front of the camera.
Updating her followers on her day’s activity at the gym, she captioned her Instagram post, “Spending a fair bit of time in the gym here….learning new routines thanks to @sarahwillingham and @robrinder too.”
The blonde star was wearing an orange sports bra with a blue cactus pattern, paired with leopard print sports legging and a pair of orange sneakers.
The avid gymgoer who’s currently in Portugal always has a hit post with thousands complimenting her for looking good.
Last month, she revealed that she’d flown off to Jason Vale, the Juice Master, for some “juicy” retreat. At the end of last month, she shared some selfies of herself with a teapot collection and updated her followers that she’s arrived in Portugal and will be “on a juice retreat for a few weeks.”
Jason is the owner of the “Juice Oasis” retreats in Portugal and is on his way to building a second one in Algarve, called “Juicy Escape.”
“Juicy Oasis” is a “retreat set deep inside Portugal and overlooks a magnificent wide flowing river and surrounded by deep forest.” Carol and other guests typically spend their days focusing on their well-being as facilities such as massages and sauna are provided. Everyone can be involved in yoga and fitness sessions every day.
In her latest update, Carol has been “loving it” at the retreat. She added, “So so hot here tho….Guess it’s like at home. Nearly 40C every day which is way too hot for me BUT it’s all good and cooling down in a few days.”
