Instagram is known for flaunting lifestyles with photos and videos. But this isn’t what Bella Davis only does with the platform. The influencer has been sharing inspiring messages alongside images to her audience of about 182K. Her recent post has gone viral as the body positive star urged: “You don’t need to earn food.”
Bella was stripped down to lacy blue lingerie set from Lounge Underwear as she showed off her curves.
She also held up a piece of cake as she sat on a bed decorated with confetti.
The Aussie social media star was seen smiling happily as she put her body on show while posing for the camera. Bella teamed her flashing display with glowing makeup, which included bold, blue eyeshadow which matched her undies. She also pulled back her dark locks into a bun hairstyle and finished the look with some gold hoop earrings.
Bella was then seen delving into the cake as she enjoyed a slice. In the post’s caption, she admitted she used to be very conscious about what she ate.
But now brings her lunches and dinners with her to events, parties, and restaurants so she wouldn’t cheat on her diet. She said: “I said no to birthday cake in fear I would gain weight from a single bite. I would hold my breath as I walked past restaurants as I feared I would inhale fat particles because, sadly, I believed in fat particles. A tear would roll down my face as I avoided the confectionery aisle at the grocery store yet again.”
Bella recalled how she forgot that food wasn’t supposed to be scary or fearful. She had even forgotten that food wasn’t just to nourish her body but to feed her soul. She also forgot that food is love, joy, memories, sharing, experiences, happiness, a way to mend heartbreak and grief.
She stated: “We deserve to eat. I know how difficult it can be to eat sometimes, so I want this to be your reminder that it’s okay to eat. I understand food freedom may seem impossible right now but remember, you deserve to live a joyful life without restriction. You are worthy of food and you need to eat today and every day.”
