Amanda Holden Shares Throwback Photos From Her Iconic 2000s Series ‘Cutting It’

The show is now being repeated on UKTV.

“Cutting It” is a BCC drama, that ran four seasons between 2002 and 2005. It focused on the lives of a team running a hairdressing salon and indeed featured several actors, including Ben Daniels and Amanda Holden, who played the role of Mia Bevan, a confident young assistant stylist in her late twenties.

Taking to the Gram, Holden has shared some fun throwbacks from her early 2000s to celebrate her TV series being rerun.

It comes as the star got into the spirit of Comic Relief as she posted a hilarious clip attempting to put on a red nose. The presenter, as seen, looked gorgeous as she modeled a tight white mini-dress that showed her tiny waist and legs. She was filmed attempting to put on her big red nose, struggling to keep it in place and running around as she dropped it.

But eventually, Holden managed to get hold of the nose and popped it on as she posed up a storm.

Of the throwback pics, the 52-year-old posted a sweet pic alongside her former co-stars Sian Reeves, Sarah Parish, Lucy Gaskell, and Angela Griffin.

The post was captioned: “So fun to see this being repeated. #CuttingIt @ukTV,” while showing a young Amanda dressed in a black sheer dress, flashing her side-b**b and incredible figure. The beauty added inches to her frame in black pointed heels paired with a silver sparkly clutch. However, apart from Holden, more stars have been showing their support for Friday’s night annual Comic Relief.

The Red noses are particularly on sale for £2.50 from the Comic Relief shop at shop.comicrelief.com.

For the first time, the red nose is also being sold on Amazon and all profits from sales will go directly to Comic Relief. Interestingly, Amazon is even offering free shipping. The Comic Relief, hosted by David Tennant, Paddy McGuiness, AJ Odudu, Joel Dommett, and Zoel Ball will have everything from Claudia Winkleman fronting a hilarious Traitors parody to Kylie Minogue making an unlikely Ghosts appearance.

While it’s confirmed that Mae Muller is the UK’s next Eurovision entry, the likes of Jamie Dornan, Bono, and Miranda Hart are among the hopefuls for next year’s competition.

So far, the Beckhams have gotten involved, with David posting alongside daughter Harper, 11. The 47-year-old former footballer remarked, “I love this year’s Red Nose by Sir Jony Ive,” the former Apple guru who designed the accessory. Also, Michelle Keegan got in on the action as she posed for a striking selfie sporting the big red nose. Other celebs that have taken part over the years are Emma Willis, Oti Mabuse, and Rylan Clark.
